Adam T. Ailsby was raised in Saskatchewan and has developed a legal practice deeply connected to both the province’s legal and business communities. Adam understands that legal disputes—whether personal or commercial—can be disruptive and challenging. He approaches each case with a practical mindset and a focus on resolution, drawing from extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, debtor-creditor and collections law, insurance defence, and contested estate matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also regularly engaged in hearings before administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. Adam’s practice spans a wide array of legal areas including administrative law, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, real estate (both commercial and residential), wills, estates and elder law, and dispute resolution and arbitration services. He is known for providing clear, results-driven advice to business clients, assisting them with corporate disputes, contract enforcement, debt recovery, and practical consultation to avoid future legal issues.
