ADRIENNE ADAMSAssociateGo Back Adrienne Adams is an Associate in the Business Law Group at MEP Business Counsel and assists clients with both the sale and acquisition of privately owned companies in a range of industries. As part of her practice, Adrienne advises clients on everyday corporate and commercial matters, including corporate restructuring, governance, commercial agreements and various shareholder matters. Adrienne holds a law degree from the University of Victoria and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Prior to joining MEP Business Counsel, Adrienne practiced at one of Western Canada’s leading business law firm with a focus on private company transactions, business succession and charities and not-for-profits.
