She practices in the areas of general corporate and business law, tax, and energy and natural resources. Adrienne regularly advises entrepreneurs, business owners, private corporations and other entities in connection with business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, income tax, corporate governance, and other matters. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts, shareholder agreements and other commercial agreements. Adrienne has advised clients on various aspects of projects in the oil and gas, power generation and mining sectors including offshore oil and gas regulations and royalties, development and local benefit plans, and mining rights and royalties. She has developed significant experience in the area of Aboriginal law and Indigenous peoples, particularly with respect to the negotiation and drafting of benefits’ agreements and Aboriginal business and partnership structures.
