Alan’s practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He also has an extensive corporate practice including incorporations, amalgamations, shareholder agreements and share and asset purchase and sales. Alan’s client base includes individual business and institutional clients.Representative transactions include:– arranging the purchase, financing and condominium conversion of two mobile home parks on behalf of the individual tenants– acting in the development and sale of several residential subdivisions;– various commercial purchase/sales and amalgamations.
