Alexander then obtained his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2015, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar June 2016.Prior to graduating law school, Alexander interned with the Public Prosecution Service and worked for the Federal Department of Justice in the tax and civil litigation sector. After articles and practicing in Halifax and throughout Nova Scotia for several years, in 2018, Alexander opened his own law firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia with his partner. Alexander has a general practice with a focus on criminal law, frequently litigating in Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia while also having experience litigating in the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and working on matters that have appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Furthermore Alexander practices corporate law, commercial law and business law.
