Alexandra Raymond-Plante

Mrs. Alexandra Raymond-Plante joined Bernier Fournier inc. in February 2017 to complete her professional training at the École du Barreau. She has been a partner since August 1, 2023. In 2022, adding another string to her bow, Mrs. Raymond-Plante completed Université Laval’s microprogram in taxation. This enables her to offer enriched legal advice and services, especially in commercial and banking law fields. Curious, passionate and conscientious, Mrs. Raymond-Plante has had the opportunity to work on major business law cases, including banking, financing and family law, areas in which she now focuses her practice. This enables her to handle cases requiring both commercial and family expertise, especially in the context of separation between people who operated a business together. Mrs. Raymond-Plante is therefore able to handle issues of divorce, family patrimony and unjust enrichment, as well as all corporate matters, such as the sale and transfer of businesses, financing, mortgage security and all related matters. During her university career, Mrs. Raymond-Plante’s desire to help people gave her the opportunity to join the Legislative Drafting Clinic at the National Assembly as a pseudo-legist, and to do a community internship with the Association québécoise de défense des droits des personnes retraitées et préretraitées à Québec (AQDR Québec). Mrs. Raymond-Plante quickly and effectively discerns her clients’ real needs in order to determine appropriate solutions, not hesitating to resort to alternative methods of conflict resolution.
