He joined Whitehead Miles & Allen LLP in 1984. Allen practices in all areas of law particularly family, corporate, litigation, commercial and real estate and has acted as a Federal and Provincial Prosecutor and has appeared in the Federal Court. He has been involved in a number of 3P Projects representing the Province of New Brunswick. He has appeared in the Provincial Court of New Brunswick, the Court of King’s Bench, the Appeal Court of New Brunswick and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. Ken joined Whitehead Miles & Allen LLP in 2011 as an articling student and was called to the bar in 2012. Ken practices in all areas of law including, litigation, property, corporate and commercial, criminal, wills and estates, employment, and bankruptcy and insolvency. He has appeared in the Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench and Court of Appeal.Ken was involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters for a number of years and Ken currently serves as a Director with Fredericton Regional Youth Services Inc. and Fredericton Sports Investment Inc.
