Ama is an associate in the business services and litigation group at Brownlee LLP. Her journey with Brownlee began in the summer of 2022 when she joined the firm as a student. Alongside her legal work, she actively volunteers with the University of Alberta’s Black Law Students’ Association as an alumni member and serves as a cantor at both St. Joseph’s Basilica and St. Albert Parish.Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Ama is a Red Seal chef who enjoys experimenting with new recipes, particularly in baking. Each Remembrance Day, she crafts a lifelike, three-dimensional sugar flower cake.Ama has a love for music, attends the symphony regularly, and is working on getting back to playing the piano.
