About

Aman maintains a broad practice in all areas of labour and employment law, and has advised employers across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors. She is drawn to the human-centred nature of workplace law and values the relationships it fosters. Aman works closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop thoughtful, tailored solutions that make a meaningful impact. Aman earned her J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2023. During law school, she held several leadership roles with the Law Students’ Society, including 1L Representative, Vice-President of Student Affairs, and President, where she developed strong leadership and collaboration skills. She also co-founded the South Asian Law Students’ Association, helping to create space for representation, advocacy, and connection within the law school community. In addition, Aman competed in the Canadian Client Consultation Competition, gaining practical experience in client-focused advocacy by identifying both legal and non-legal solutions to complex workplace issues.
