Amanda is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec bars.Amanda is an active member of the legal profession, having served in the Ontario Bar Association Insurance Law Section Executive from 2012-2016 and in 2016-2017 as Chair of the Insurance Law Section. Amanda has chaired multiple CPD programs, written articles and lectured with numerous organizations, including the Ontario Bar Association and other organizations.Amanda has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
