Amy is a litigator who specializes in Estate Litigation and contentious Elder Law. She has a particular interest in ownership issues. Amy has a wide range of experience in contentious and complex estate matters, including experience dealing with capacity assessments, removal of executors or administrators, priority disputes, will challenges, general ownership disputes, issues involving allegations of undue influence and suspicious circumstances, and cases involving resulting or constructive trusts (particularly as related to the family farm). She also has experience with improper use of powers of attorney (including financial elder abuse), contentious guardianship issues, contentious estates that involve atypical property (particularly intellectual property), and non-contentious estate issues related to abandoned mineral titles and abandoned land. She also has an interest in Entertainment Law. Amy obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2013, and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2008.
