Andrea Charlie is a litigation lawyer with a wide range of legal knowledge. Her practice is focused on insurance defence and trust law including acting for and against trustees in disputes regarding powers of attorney, guardianship, and estate matters. Andrea has two decades of experience conducting civil litigation for municipal corporations and their agencies, boards, commissions and insurers. Andrea has extensive estate litigation experience both initiating and defending estates against various forms of legal challenge. She has acted for and against executors, beneficiaries, powers of attorney, and legal guardians, including the following: Andrea completed her Juris Doctor of Law at Queen’s University in 2001. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Calgary (B.Arts. 1998).Andrea was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and the Saskatchewan Bar in 2014.
