Andrew's practice focuses on the defence of health care professionals in regulatory proceedings and civil litigation matters. In addition to having appeared in all levels of court in Ontario, he also regularly acts for health care professionals in discipline committee matters, hospital board proceedings, coroner's inquests and various other administrative tribunals. Andrew is a regular contributor and speaker at continuing medical-legal education programs. He is also a member of the Practice Advisory Group for the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal.
