Me Antoine Nolet Godbout was born in Val-d’Or. He completed his law degree at Université Laval in Québec City, place where he also did his bar admission course at the École du Barreau du Québec. During his academic course, Me Nolet Godbout worked with the firm Cliche Avocats as a student during the summer periods. It is also with this same team that he completed his professional training in 2014. Today, Me Nolet-Godbout works mainly in business law. He assists entrepreneurs in the purchase and sale of businesses and the negotiation of commercial contracts in different industries. He also represents his clients in corporate and commercial litigation before the courts. His involvement in litigation has led him to develop skills in the prevention and resolution of disputes and to demonstrate pragmatism and efficiency in finding solutions to the various problems that his clients may face.
