Ashley YoungAssociate,Orange CountyANAAHMLBO Ashley Young is an Associate Attorney at our Orange County office and prior to joining us in 2025, she worked for a mid-sized Worker’s Compensation/Employment/Personal Injury firm representing Applicant’s. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law school in 2021 and holds an Educational Doctorate from Pepperdine in Educational Leadership, Administration and Policy in 2016; a Master of Science degree from California State University, Northridge in 2012; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008. Ashley also received Certification in Mediation and Conflict Resolution (Alternative Dispute Resolution – ADR) from California State University, Dominguez Hills under Jack Goetz, Esq. in 2015. Ashley joined the firm with a host of experience in worker’s compensation law, utilization review and healthcare management. She gained valuable insight working in healthcare over a 8 years as a Healthcare Manager and Peer Reviewer collaborating with large insurance companies advocating for patient care and treatment. She is a member of the John M. Langston Hughes Bar Association of Los Angeles.
Education
Ms. Chehade earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles, where she was Editor of the Brief from 1994-1995, and a contributing writer from 1993-1994.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 1985, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) in 1988.
Prior to law school, Regina had extensive professional experience in Human Resources, administration, and teaching.
