Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 1984, Mr. Bruce was employed by the Federal Department of Transport, working in various locations in Newfoundland and Labrador, and in Moncton, New Brunswick. Mr. Bruce was called to the Newfoundland Bar in 1985, and has been engaged full-time in the practice of law since then. He is the founder and principal of A. F. Bruce Law. He is a Master and Taxing Officer of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
