Aziz advises and represents clients across a wide spectrum of industries in complex disputes, including those involving construction, contracts, oil and gas, shareholder relations, franchises, real estate, and intellectual property.Aziz regularly appears before the Courts of King's Bench and Courts of Appeal in Saskatchewan and Alberta, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. He also represents clients in private arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.Before joining DLA Piper, Aziz practised at both a national law firm and a prominent Western Canadian firm.
