She is passionate about tax law and corporate structuring and works to ensure each client is set up for success, whether preparing for a new business venture, purchase, or contract, or selling an existing business. As she continues to develop her practice, she is always looking to help clients create a solid foundation for the future so they can focus on what matters most to them. Prior to joining the firm, Brean earned her B.A. in Law & Society and a Certificate in Criminology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick. During her time in law school, Brean combined her education with practical experiences and community outreach. She engaged actively with the Fredericton community as a key member of Law Loves Back, a community outreach group, and initiatives like the UNB Law Tax clinic and the Pro Bono Canada Wills Project. Now in her practice, she chooses to support initiatives and give her time to causes that matter to her and to the future of the legal community.
