Back to TeamBrian AlcaideAssociate Lawyer[email protected]604-336-8000Brian Alcaide had almost 10 years of experience in civil litigation prior to his call to the bar.  His current practice is primarily focused on Wills and Estates, including wills variation, advising executors and beneficiaries in a variety of estate disputes, and ensuring the timely winding up of estates.  Brian has represented clients in the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  He is keen on exploring practical solutions, both in and out of Court, to his clients’ legal problems.Brian attended law school at the University of London, gaining his Bachelor of Laws and at the University of British Columbia, where he obtained his Master of Laws in Common Law.Brian was born and raised in the lower mainland of Vancouver after his parents migrated to Canada in the 1980s.  When he is not taking swings for his clients, he enjoys running, baseball and playing with his 3 children.
