Ms. Daley practiced in Ontario, where her primary focus was insurance defense litigation, before returning to St. John’s in 2006 where she was admitted to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Her practice is limited to civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on insurance related matters including defence of professional liability claims.
