She is a problem-solver who aims to create strong working relationships with her clients, supporting them to identify strategic solutions to complex issues in the workplace. Brittany takes a creative approach to collective bargaining and has acted as both a chief negotiator and legal advisor to employers during negotiations. She provides strategic advice to employers involved in union organizing drives, unfair labour practice complaints, strikes and lockouts, and other labour relations matters. She is also a workplace investigator and has conducted investigations into harassment and discrimination complaints. She is also a regular presenter who provides training and education sessions for managers and employees on a variety of workplace topics.
