Christine is a partner in the firm’s Toronto office, and is Co-Chair of the Class Action Practice Group. She primarily represents clients in the defence of class actions, and regularly litigates all stages of proposed and certified class actions through to dismissal or settlement. Outside of the class action context, she has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients in trials, arbitrations, applications, motions and tribunal hearings. She received her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (LLB, 2008) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto (BA Honours, with Distinction, 2005).
