Christopher Gall advises Indigenous governments and organizations on self-governance, treaty and settlement negotiations, consultation and accommodation, and complex natural resource and regulatory matters. He brings extensive senior executive and legal leadership experience, having served as Chief Legal Officer and Deputy Chief Legal Counsel within Indigenous governments, where he led major economic development, self-government, and treaty negotiations and oversaw governance across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. His experience includes advising on legislative development, government-to-government relations, and large-scale resource and infrastructure projects, and engaging with federal and provincial governments at the highest levels, as well as participating in international climate negotiations under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. He provides strategic, practical advice to advance Indigenous rights and support strong, effective governance.
