Coulter Arthur Anthony OsborneOOntKC(April 29, 1934 – April 19, 2023) was a Canadianarbitratorwho served as Associate Chief Justice of Ontario. Osborne was raised inHamilton, Ontario.[1]He attended theUniversity of Western Ontarioand graduated in 1955.[2]He played forWestern Mustangs football, coached byJohn P. Metras.[3]In 1959, Osborne graduated fromOsgoode Hall Law School.[4] Osborne was appointed to theOntario Court of Appealin 1990 and became Associate Chief Justice in 1999. In 2001 he was appointedOntario's Integrity Commissionerand also served as Ontario's Lobby Registrar until 2007.[6][7]
