About
I am now based in Toronto, but did cut my teeth at Courts of Appeal in Alberta and B.C. before that. Most practitioners rightfully pay closer attention to the Court of Appeal from the province they are in. Looking outside of that , my sense is that most practitioners - or at least myself - had weighed extra-provincial decisions about equally, or more on their utility. So I would suggest that the Ontario Court of Appeal is not "dominant" as such.Craig Aitken commented on a post1dWell deserved, Breanna! No more previous contentCraig Aitkenliked thisReport this postCraig Aitken liked thisPatrick HagenPatrick Hagen5dCraig Aitken liked thisSome lawyers say you should never call opposing counsel “my friend.” Happy Friday 😊#womeninlaw#notyourdeihire#anekaadvicePS: I’m in trial right now and many of these women, including my talented partnerAfshaan Jiwaji, have been holding down the fort in so many ways.
