Curtis is a collaboratively trained and certified lawyer skilled in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom. He takes a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to resolve disputes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. In family law, Curtis has experience in resolving disputes involving custody and access, child and spousal support, and property division. He is also skilled in drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Curtis is experienced in drafting fertility and reproductive agreements for parents and donors, such as ova donation agreements, sperm donation agreements, and surrogate agreements. In municipal law, Curtis has experience in planning, regulatory and bylaw work.
