Dana R Constantine

Dana is a bilingual lawyer with diverse experience providing legal services to clients in the energy sector. She spent the first four years of private practice working for a provincial energy company, namely through representation at a public inquiry, commercial arbitration and class action related to a construction megaproject. She has advised oil and gas and mining companies on contract disputes and regulatory and environmental matters. Dana also worked for two years as legal counsel with a provincial government, primarily advising departments on disputes, before transitioning back to the private sector in 2024. Dana holds degrees in Common Law and Civil Law from McGill University. Dana continues to maintain a varied civil litigation practice, with experience in commercial and construction disputes, class actions, and insurance defense matters. Her clients range from small and large businesses to regulatory bodies, health authorities and government institutions.
