She approaches matters with common sense and focuses on providing practical advice tailored to each client’s unique business. She provides strategic advice on a wide range of workplace issues, including compliance with employment standards, human rights legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and workplace health and safety. She regularly works with our corporate lawyers to provide advice on employment or labour issues arising from commercial transactions. In her practice, Dana advises on all aspects of workplace law including the hiring, management, and termination of employees. She drafts and reviews various workplace agreements and policies, including employment agreements, contractor agreements, executive employment agreements, non-competition agreements, vaccination policies, workplace violence and harassment policies, alcohol and drug policies, workplace policy manuals, incentive plans, option agreements, share appreciation rights agreements, bonus plans, and confidentiality agreements.
