Daniel Wysocki

Daniel Wysocki began his legal studies at Collège Ahuntsic where he obtained a diploma of collegial studies in paralegal technology in 2008. He then went on to pursue his studies in law at Université de Sherbrooke in 2011. Also, during his university studies, Mr. Wysocki received an admission scholarship for the graduate program in common law and trans-border law (Juris Doctor) of Université de Sherbrooke, a program that he also successfully completed in 2011. Mr. Wysocki joined Bernier Fournier’s team in January 2014 and was appointed to the position of associate lawyer in June 2016. He focuses his practice on labour and employment law, specifically with respect to occupational health and safety, civil litigation and representations before various administrative tribunals. In matters of labour and employment law and occupational health and safety, Mr. Wysocki has represented numerous employers in the negotiation of working conditions during the renewal of collective agreements, in claims for dismissal without just and sufficient cause and for prohibited practices, in employee claims for amounts owed, and in individual and collective dismissals. Mr. Wysocki is regularly called upon to defend the interests of employers before the Tribunal Administratif du Travail (TAT) in matters of labor relations, employment injury, or grievances heard before arbitrators. Mr. Wysocki is also called upon to act as an advisor before a legal dispute arises, particularly in matters of psychological or sexual harassment, enabling employers to make more informed decisions regarding their rights.
