Ms.King holds a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba. She is an Associate with Taylor McCaffrey LLP, practicing in the areas of wills and estates, real estate and corporate law. Ms. King is also the Honorary Consul for Norway (Nov 2018) and Sweden (Aug 2019).As the Kingdom of Denmark’s Honorary Consul, Ms. King will represent Danish interests and assist Danish citizens inthe province. The Nordic countries and Manitoba have a long history and close cooperation in terms of business, culture and tourism, with many great opportunities to increase cooperation even further.Upon appointment, Ms. Kingexpressed: “I am honoured to be taking on this new role for the Kingdom of Denmark.
