She assists employers daily in offering strategic advice on various legal questions, including the duty to accommodate, human rights, occupational health and safety, terminations and the development or the application of internal policies. She also applies cross-functional knowledge to deliver quality service to our insurance clients, including in the areas of coverage and LTD claims. Dominique supports life and disability insurers in a variety of legal contexts, demonstrating risk management best practices in every matter. Dominique’s litigation experience extends to wrongful dismissal cases. She has appeared before the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick.
