Meighen Haddad LLP wishes to announce the retirement of Elia Arraf on December 31, 2024 after having practiced law for over 30 years. Elia graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1988. He was a partner at Heming & Arraf Law Firm in Killarney from 1991 to 1997. The law firm was then acquired by Meighen Haddad LLP in 1997 and Elia subsequently joined the Firm. Throughout his career, Elia acted as counsel to various businesses, municipalities, financial institutions, organizations and individuals in and around the Killarney area. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in advising and representing the Firm’s clients incommercial and real estate transactions as well as probate and estate matters, corporate matters and agribusiness.
