BiographyEmily’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including acting as counsel for businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and labour and employment matters. She can assist with contract and lease disputes, environmental litigation, and other civil matters, such as claims for negligence and unjust enrichment. Emily regularly represents clients in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and in Small Claims Court.
