She has a particular interest in constitutional law and the intersection between federal, provincial, and Indigenous jurisdiction in environmental decision-making. Emma has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia and at various administrative bodies, including the BC Utilities Commission and Environmental Appeal Board, and has experience in the Northwest Territories. Emma was called to the Bar of Nunavut in April 2025.
