Her practice is focused on advocating for the implementation of UNDRIP to empower First Nations to restore their jurisdiction and achieve self-determination. Erin also practices in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Groups, representing many of her existing clients in regulatory hearings and negotiations related to major projects within their territories.
