About
After practicing with Mr. Roger Blais for several years, Mr. Gagnon decided, in 1976, to establish his own practice and practice general law until his appointment as a judge at the Quebec Court in 1989. Mr. Gagnon continued his educational commitment by sitting on the boards of the St-François School Board from 1985 to 1987 and the Cégep de Drummondville from September 1986 to June 1989. Furthermore, throughout his legal career, Mr. Gagnon has been fully engaged in community activities, notably within the Rotary Club of Drummondville and the Francs Club. He also participated, along with several other founding members, in the creation of the Ste-Croix Foundation, now known as the Ste-Croix/Hériot Foundation. Within the Bernier Fournier team, Mr. Gagnon will share his experience, knowledge, and complementary, pragmatic view of the law with all members of the firm. Rigorous, methodical, and conscientious, Mr. Gagnon will do everything possible to represent clients’ interests and will strive to find and recommend appropriate solutions to legal disputes.
