Gitish recently relocated to Manitoba, bringing with him more that 14 years experience as a successful lawyer in India, in a wide variety of areas, including immigration, contract law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labour law, constitutional law, family law and wills and estates. Gitish has vast experience in International Business, International Trade Agreements and Joint Ventures.In addition to representing private individuals, Gitish also represented various government organizations and corporations, and is an empanelled mediator with The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, working under the aegis of the Supreme Court of India. He also remained a Co-opted Member of the Administrative Committee of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh.Gitish migrated to Canada in 2022, using his extensive experience allows us to provide inter-related end-to-end services to our clients.
