Ms Grondin is a member of the business law group, with a practice focused on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations, and business financing.She advises and assists companies of all sizes with the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of commercial agreements, including letters of intent, share and asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, service and loan contracts, and various other contractual instruments.Before joining Beauvais Truchon, she practiced at a major international business law firm, where she was involved in a variety of cases at both the provincial and national levels.
