Janelle Anderson JD, GPC.D, GCB.D (ESG)Senior Associate, Procido LLP Janelle is a lawyer and governance professional with expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning. She currently serves as a Senior Associate at Procido LLP in Saskatoon, where she chairs the firm’s Governance & ESG Practice Group in providing legal and strategic advisory services to boards and management across sectors. Prior to her current role, Janelle honed her technical and strategic governance and compliance expertise through in-house service to a federally regulated bank in the cooperative sector: three years directing and overseeing governance and two years managing regulatory compliance. Janelle previously served as Crown Counsel to the Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice advancing several public policy initiatives and collaborating with a range of justice organizations, leaders, and stakeholders across Saskatchewan and Canada.
