Jason joined the Financial and Consumer Services Commission (NB) in May 2006. In his current role as Senior Legal Counsel and Special Advisor, he helps shape laws and policies affecting New Brunswick’s capital markets. Jason is a graduate from the Osgoode Hall Law School (LLM, ’18) and the Université de Moncton Faculty of Law (LLB, ‘05), and earned graduate degrees in both International Affairs (’01) and Public Administration (’15) from Sciences Po Paris and the National School of Administration in France respectively. He is a graduate of UNB (Saint John) (BA, ’98).
