Jason Kendall

Jason is an experienced trial lawyer and legal advisor. His practice primarily consists of representation of local, regional and national clientele in complex commercial, insurance, regulatory and construction matters. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Manitoba as well as the Federal and Tax Courts of Canada. He also regularly acts in commercial arbitration matters and has appeared before various statutory Boards and Tribunals. Jason was selected as Fellow of theLitigation Counsel of Americain 2024.  This distinguished recognition is by invitation only and is limited to less than one-half of one percent of trial lawyers in the U.S. and Canada. Jason has served as Chair of both the Construction and Infrastructure Law Section and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law Section of the Manitoba Bar Association. He has also been a professional lecturer at the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law (Robson Hall).
