Jeremy is a partner in our Calgary office. He practices solely in the area of litigation with a focus on construction disputes, commercial litigation, and surety law.Jeremy also has a growing employment law practice and regularly provides employment law advise to many of his largest clients.Jeremy specializes in complex, multi-party construction disputes and has significant trial experience including being lead counsel for a defendant in a 7-week King’s Bench trial. Jeremy is called to the bar in Saskatchewan, Alberta, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. He has advocated in front of the courts of all provinces and territories he is called in and has appeared in front of the Saskatchewan and Alberta Courts of Appeal. Jeremy regularly represents national insurance and surety companies on all manner of disputes and works with some of the largest new home warranty and surety bond providers in Canada. Jeremy is on the Young Professionals Committee for the Surety Association of Canada.
