About
Joe’s legal practice focuses on civil litigation matters with a particular emphasis on labour and employment law, commercial litigation, construction litigation and Indigenous Law. He provides comprehensive advice and assistance regarding employment contracts, employment policies, collective bargaining, arbitrations, accommodations, commercial disputes, construction disputes including builders’ liens issues, First Nations governance and First Nations Election Appeals. Before practicing law, Joe competed as a Junior and College hockey player in the Western Hockey League and Canadian Interuniversity Sport. In his spare time, Joe mentors law students pursuing a career in sports, stays active and enjoys golfing.
