John is a partner with Cohen Highley. He is a seasoned litigator who has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. John has a diverse civil litigation practice with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice lawsuits. John also practices in the areas of estate litigation, personal injury, commercial and insurance litigation, and professional regulation matters. John has represented his clients on appeals in the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Divisional Court. John was the recipient of numerous awards in law school before being called to the bar in 2006, and bringing his analytical focus into practice for his clients.
