John Roy Weir

John works primarily with entrepreneurial clients spanning Southern Ontario. His practice predominantly focuses on sophisticated real estate and commercial business transactions with an emphasis on limited partnerships; joint venture agreements; asset and corporate share purchases and sales; large scale financings and all aspects of Real property development. His goal is to ensure his clients understand the proper means to navigate different forms of business structures, complex agreements, contracts and other risk-reward opportunities so they can have confidence they are on the right track to achieve the success they envision.
