He regularly advises clients on their relationships with government and industry, the regulation of major projects and a broad range of matters relating to community governance. Jordan focuses on supporting his clients in building relationships that reflect their rights and values, particularly concerning the stewardship of their lands and resources and the implementation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).Jordan also has significant prior professional experience in major project permitting and impact assessment in the British Columbia mining and energy sectors.
