Jorge has also successfully appeared before the Alberta Human Rights Commission Tribunal.Jorge was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He received his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, and prior to law school, Jorge obtained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Philosophy (with Distinction).
