Kathleen ArdLegal CounselKathleen practices in the areas of family law, employment law and wills and estates.Kathleen takes a collaborative approach on files where she offers pragmatic advice to clients and looks at issues from various angles to progress negotiations and reach resolution.Kathleen has gained a broad range of legal experience in multiple jurisdictions and across several areas of law. Kathleen has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and King’s Bench for family matters, and has appeared before both Provincial and Federal Courts for criminal matters. Prior to her admission as a lawyer in Alberta, Kathleen was admitted as a lawyer in Australia where she worked on family criminal law cases.Kathleen is a member of the Association of Women in Law, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Law Society of New South Wales.
