Kevin Caron

Pulling from his experience across a broad range of commercial disputes, Kevin’s clients know that he understands business and that he is fully invested in assisting them with finding practical solutions to their problems. Kevin is a litigator with a practice focused on commercial disputes, including corporate, construction, insurance and insolvency litigation. When he is not in Court or appearing before Arbitral Tribunals, Kevin advises personal, corporate and institutional clients involved in shareholder disputes, corporate governance grievances, construction litigation and insolvency proceedings. He also assists clients with alternative dispute resolutions and frequently acts for clients in private arbitrations, negotiations and mediations. Kevin has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. In addition, Kevin also has experience representing clients before administrative bodies. He has acted for clients in disputes before the Land Planning Appeals Tribunal, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board and panels created pursuant to the Agreement on Internal Trade.
