Professional InvolvementBefore joining Torys, Keya led learning and development at another national corporate law firm. She began her career as an intellectual property litigator, practicing for eight years in boutique, regional, and national law firm settings. This breadth of experience gives her deep insight into the unique learning and organizational development needs of law firms.Keya is also an experienced facilitator and a certified executive coach.
